A few simple habits can help you enjoy your flowers at home. Start with clean water, a comfortable spot, and a quick daily check.
Caring for your arrangement
Check the water each day
Make sure the stems have water and top it up when needed. Replace the water if it becomes cloudy or develops an odor. If you move the flowers into another vase, wash the vase with hot, soapy water and rinse it first.
Keep the water clear of leaves
Remove any foliage that sits below the waterline. If you are transferring the flowers, trim about half an inch to one inch from the stem ends with a clean, sharp cutting tool, then place them promptly in water.
Choose a cool spot
Keep your arrangement away from heat sources and drafts. If you use commercial flower food, follow the packet directions for the amount of water.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the image?
Our current arrangement images are illustrations. Please read the individual product description for its design direction and variation details. If a particular flower, color, or vessel matters to your gift, contact us before ordering.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Add your gift message on the arrangement's product page before putting it in your cart. Include your name in the message if you would like the recipient to know who sent it.
How do I plan delivery?
Request a date at least one day ahead in your cart, then look for our email confirmation. We are closed Sunday. Visit Local Delivery for coverage, the delivery fee, and hours.
How can I ask about my flowers?
